| I. Alice's Evidence 1. The Jury Create twelve unique characters to fill a jury box. These characters will be witnessing your trial of being accused of stealing the Queen's tarts. So, choose wisely. 1. Letizia Kingsworth. A rich woman. Wears a diamond ring on every finger. She is bored and files her nails. She yawns. She winks at the judge and flashes him a time or two. She is skinny and would rather be showing off her dogs at the Dog Show. She has her pampered poodle in a purse and he barks. He is eating Jam Tarts Sweets. 2. Averon Macendarfer. Works as a dog trainer but dreams of being a horse trainer. He has asthma and puffs his inhaler and coughs a lot. His mind is in a fog. He lets off gas. He is clueless and he doesn't know what I am being accused of. He is eating cough drops and can't stay awake except when he is coughing. 3. Larry Louse. Works at a toll booth and is married to a woman who walks around half dressed. He wears plaid slacks and flannel shirts and a Teddy bear scarf around his neck. He hasn't had a bath in a week and he smells really bad. He likes to bowl. He blows his nose on his sleeve. 4. Veronica Shoemaker. Owns a cat cafe. She is dressed in a navy blue sequin dress. She wears blue high heels. She doesn't know what a Jam Tart is. She makes smoothies and listens to Lady Gaa Gaa music. She didn't show up for jury duty the first time and spent the night in jail and she hates policemen. She is here under protest. 5. Fred Marshall. He is drunk but covering it up. He runs a warehouse and sells stolen goods but no one in the court room knows this. His day job is singing at a bar. His wife sells flowers at the flower shop. Fred is having an affair with Veronica. 6. Raven Vanderstone. Pretty redhead. Men love her. She sells Avon and runs a secret sweatshop overseas. She dresses like a 60s Hippie, wears flowers in her head and love beads. She looks sweet but behaves like a hippie. Her boyfriend runs a car lot and the cars have faulty parts in them. She and her boyfriend live in a camper. 7. Andrew Lerch. A respectable business man who runs a Hardware Store. He keeps bees for pets. His wife has a ceramic shop and he brushes his teeth every 3 hours. He loves Garfield and collects Garfield items. 8. Anna Tarbell. She is homeless and is dressed in a torn red skirt, dirty faded yellow sweater. She has her own post Office Box at the Post Office. She left her shopping cart outside the Court House. She is glad to be here today because she will get a free meal. She is deaf and likes go pick her nose in front of people. 9. Danny Bravo. A Rock Singer, He just cut his first record and hopes to be famous. He has two girlfriends and both are expecting his child. He is beating on his chair like a drum and the judge threatens to throw him out if he does it again. He has bee working as a Life guard at the beach. He almost let a homely girl drown. 10. Floyd Reuben. A farmer. He barely makes a living but will give you the shirt off his back and he likes everyone. He has a pet cow and pet horse. He loves animals and manages to feed 10 cats. He thinks I am innocent He never talks bad about anyone He wore his best clothes today. A blue leisure suit, 11. Lenore Poe. She is quiet and dressed in black leather. She isn't pretty. She has blonde hair and looks sad. She lives in a tar paper shack and loves to ride motorcycles. She is a bikers ole lady but doesn't pick fights with anyone. She works at the animal shelter and wouldn't hurt a fly. 12. Colten Monroe. A rich cattle rancher. He isn't honest and everyone is afraid of him. He has the most land in the state and his daughter is a holy terror and will beat up people. His sons are bullies and he don't like me. My uncle and him got into it. This man thinks he owns the world and rumor has it, he has murdered people but the police can't prove it and the police are on his payroll. I don't have a snowball's chance. I didn't steal the tarts. Anna Tarbell did but I know they won't believe me. |
