a different sort of treasure
Deep within a cave, hidden from our eyes,
down within the darkness, great treasure lies.

Composed not of diamonds or gems,
nor of precious metals like gold.
The treasure is in the history
those ancient bones do hold.

Deep within a cave, far from man's gaze
remain the brittle relics of more primitive days.
