Wife of the Bab

Blessed of women,
she saw the light of the Holy Spirit
that emanated from His being
when He prayed,
and she accepted
Him as the Manifestation of God,
as the Lord of the Age.

Her physical body
reposes somewhere in Shiraz,
while her soul dwells
in the sanctified paradise
with The Bab,
The Remembrance of God.
