Too Soon to Tell

I’m not sure what is going to happen at work today. But I don’t think that I will be fired. After all, the new guard is training all day today at what used to be my normal post. That’s another reason why I think I may be gone soon. Then again, maybe not.

He could just be taking over that post. If that’s true two things may happen. One is that he takes over my shift all five days there. And I get my five days at my old new post. The second scenario is that he takes over her shift during the week. If that’s true, then I will continue with the shifts that I got now.

Either way, I’m replaced by the newest Security Guard there. The only difference is that he’s brand new. And she was a few months old to this post. True, that either way I still have a job there. But that’s not very good news. Especially, if I’m at the old new post five days a week.
