What’s your favorite board game or card game to play with friends?

Gosh, it has been forever since I’ve played a game of any sort with friends. Hubby and I stay home most of the time. We don’t go out. We don’t have any close friends who host card parties or game nights.

I remember Saturday night games with hubby #1. We would gather at a church member’s home and play Rook. I got to hate that game. I never could figure out the rules. Some people got into the game so far that it didn’t hold any fun for me after a while.

I do like Scrabble, but no one to play that with me. Yahtzee is fun. Monopoly to me takes too long. I never was good at card games.

I remember my father playing cribbage with friends. Never had a chance to learn that.

If we can have it, there is now some discussion about safety, we are planning a Bingo night this Friday to benefit the Women's Auxiliary at the hospital. Advertising has already been done, but now the hospital CEO is worried about the virus and all. Whatever. Fine time to express concern. We may still hold the event, just not state it is sponsored by the hospital. We're meeting about this tomorrow. I am so annoyed by all this virus hullabaloo.

So most of the time I play silly solitary computer games.
