One More Than Thursday
One More Than Thursday

At first, I didn’t think that I would even get five scenes for the second part of the movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That’s because it was another extremely busy Friday. One of the worse that I have seen in a long time. In fact, I don’t remember when it has been worse than that. That’s how long it has been.

Only I didn’t do five scenes from this project. I ended up doing eight of them in total. Why am I writing that eight is better than seven is so good of a day of writing? It’s because of when it happened and where it was done. Both of when and where are at the same place, work. but that’s not all, though. Not only was it very, very busy yesterday at work, but it was a Friday aka a weekday.

That’s why I wrote ‘at first’ in the first paragraph above. It’s because I didn’t think I would even get five scenes written yesterday because it was so busy there. And that’s if I was lucky. Especially, when the middle four hours were almost as busy as the first two and the last two hours of my shift. I’m used to it for the other four hours. But not the middle ones. They are usually kind of slow. That isn’t true because yesterday they were very fast.

The only good part about how busy it was yesterday was that I didn’t have to go outside of my guard post to work. I did it mostly from the inside of it. And from a sitting position too. It could have been a lot worse than that if that was the opposite then it really happened. Even with that luck, I’m still kind of surprised that I got so much writing done yesterday at work.

Don’t ask me how I did it because I don’t know the answer to that. All I know is that once I started writing I couldn’t stop. Of course, I did have to stop for work. And that was every few seconds most of my shift. But that didn’t slow me down that much when it comes to my writing. I still got about one done an hour.

Of course, I want to know how I did it so that I can continue to do it. But that doesn’t really matter. All that does is that I did it. And I hope that I can do it again today. But that may all that it may be, hope. It used to be that Saturdays used to be better than a weekday. Almost double or more than a weekday. But lately, it has been more like the opposite. That’s why I’m not going to count on anything until it happens. Whether I do five to fifteen or more or something in between I’m going to get as many as I can write today.
