What the Short Stories are About So Far

This is probably going to be a short blog entry today. Not because I don’t have anything to write about, but because it’s getting so late in the day to write and post it. In fact, I only have about forty-five minutes in order to post it. If I don’t then I will have another missed blogging day. And I don’t want that to ever happen again.

Unfortunately, this is the first chance that I have gotten to do any writing today. Well, that isn’t exactly true. I did get a little bit done last night before I went to sleep. True, it was only a breakdown of the two short stories that I’m going to be writing this month. But I did get that done today.

What is the usual reason I don’t get too much writing, if any, on one of my days off from work? that’s right. It’s because there was too much that needed to be done today for me to do it. And that is very true for today. From early this morning until shortly before writing this blog entry, I have been busy doing what needed to be done today.

I would like to write that right after I write and post this blog entry I will be going back to working on these short stories. Unfortunately, I don’t think that is going to happen tonight. Of course, I want it to. And I need it to it. But I don’t think that it will. I just have too much left that I need to do before I go to sleep tonight.
