It’s All My Fault Again

What am I writing about with this blog title above? It’s not what it reads like. It isn’t something that I have done wrong exactly. Well, in a way, it is something. That’s why I wrote that it’s all my fault. It’s that I could have gotten one or two more scenes written yesterday at work. maybe even three more scenes. But I didn’t because of what I blame myself for.

No, I didn’t have to write up another Incident Report. I probably would blame myself for that. After all, something like that normally isn’t my fault. Who I work for and where I work might think that it is. But normally it isn’t. In fact, I don’t remember it ever being my fault. Even though I always get the blame for it.

So, what was it that is my fault? The reason why I didn’t get to write any more scenes is that I ran out of paper. I forgot to get some more paper. Had it at home. And I should have put it with my writing supplies, like I did when I got home from work yesterday, days ago. But I keep forgetting to do it.

If I had done that, then I could have gotten at least one more scene written for the second part of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Maybe even two or three of them. I don’t think that it would have been three. But it may have been two. And it would have been one for sure. After all, I had about an hour left of my shift to writing them.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s not like I only got a few written before I had to stop doing it. Well, in a way, that isn’t true either. I don’t think that seven scenes are a few. But some others might feel that way. of course, eight to ten is better than seven. But seven is still very good. Especially, since it happened on a Friday aka a weekday. And that it happened at work.

I just hope that I can do that many today. And I might be able to do it now that I have the paper. Of course, this wouldn’t be a problem if I could bring my laptop to work as everyone else can do if they want to do it. But I can’t. that’s why I have to do it handwritten style.

It’s a Saturday. So, there is a very good chance that I will be able to do at least five to seven of them written. Since it is a Saturday, it should be a little bit more than that. But if it’s anything like the Saturdays that I have been having lately, I may be lucky to get five of them written.
