About What I Expected

Not only from my writing, but from work too. I got five numeric scenes written yesterday at work. Also, I got two Establishing Shots written. That’s a total of seven scenes written during a very busy day at work yesterday. One of the busiest I have seen in quite a while.

As usual, it was the first two and the last two hours that were the busiest. But the middle four hours were quite busy too. They just weren’t as busy as the other four were. That’s why I only got seven scenes written yesterday at work. only it could have been more.

I probably could have gotten one more scene written. Maybe even two more. After all, I had almost an hour left into my shift. Then again, maybe I wouldn’t have. It was the last hour of my shift. And it was very busy during that hour. Even more, than it usually is for a Thursday.

Maybe one more scene. If I was lucky. But I doubt that I could have gotten two more. It’s not impossible for me to have done that. But it was very unlikely that I would have been able to do it. Especially, during a weekday. The weekend I may have been able to do it.

Overall, I think that I did a very good job with getting seven scenes written for the first episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project television series. That’s five numeric scenes. And that is about average for me. Partially, writing them on a weekday.

Today, I hope that I can get at least five more scenes written. I’m hoping to do a few more than five. But I will be happy with five. After all, today is a Friday. And it’s often very busy on a Friday. Sometimes it’s not. But most of the time it is very busy. If not extremely busy.

Of course, I want to get a lot more than five a day. But right now it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. And it doesn’t appear that will change anytime soon. Whether I get five or more written or less than five, I’m going to get as many as I can write today.
