For my blog "Prompt: James 2:13 says that mercy triumphs over judgment. What does this scripture mean?"

What many people do not understand, because the very concept is foreign to human, worldly thinking, is that in the Kingdom of Heaven, values are reversed. On Earth we value material things and use material tools of warfare. In God's kingdom these things have no value. God values spiritual things such as love, forgiveness, mercy, patience and compassion. These are weapons to God because the warfare is not to take physical lives but to win spiritual souls. Mercy trumps judgment because judgment is harmful. Mercy never harms. Even when judgment is righteous it still causes anguish. I have had people judge me for things and they were accurate. The judgment still hurt. Mercy never hurts. God does not value things that harm. In fact He disdains them.

Some scientists tell us that the world is a drop of water. The human body consists of 97% water.
