Face to Face

Yearning to bring joy
to 'Abdu'l-Baha's soul,
and wanting the meet him
face-to-face
we intone his Tablet of Visitation.

Say it in the stillness of the day
when distractions
have faded into the shadows,
and meditation
has calmed our minds.
