Good News that Could be better

What do I mean by the blog title above? It means that I did get some writing done on the only Short Story that I’m writing this month. I haven’t given up on the other Short Story that I might be doing starting this month. But this is the only one I’m definitely doing.

Unfortunately, it’s not as good as it could have been. I did write two more parts to this Short Story to bring it up to the halfway point of it. That means I only have three more sections to write before I finish it. Unfortunately, I may not be able to continue it after I finish writing and posting this blog entry.

I plan on writing at least one more part of it. And I am going to try to do it. But I may not be up to writing anymore on it. Why is that? It’s because of a lack of sleep. I didn’t get too much of it last night. And don’t ask me why I didn’t. Because I don’t know. All I know is that I had a hard problem getting to sleep.

It wasn’t just getting to sleep, though. I also had a problem with me getting woken up by unwanted phone calls. Personally, I don’t answer phone calls unless I know who it is first. Unfortunately, I had three of them this more. And two didn’t leave a voice mail. That means they are either a collection company or a Telemarketer. Neither of which that I want to talk to.

The third one did leave a voice message. But it was another one for my brother and not me. That makes three messages in the last four days. Maybe it was five days being Friday instead of Saturday. Whichever the day it started the last two were from yesterday and today. And all three of them were labeled as a Spam Risk. Another reason not to answer that number or to call it back.

Luckily, I did go back to sleep briefly before the second one. And again before the third one. But overall, I only got about five to six hours of sleep last night. I’m still a little bit tired from that. That’s why I probably won’t be getting any more writing done on this Short Story today. I will probably be going to sleep soon after I finish writing this blog entry.
