A Whole Lot Better Yesterday
A Whole Lot Better Yesterday

I wrote nineteen single paragraphs for Part One of my movie introduction for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. True, I only wrote fifteen scenes. But the four Establishing Shots are scenes too. They are scenes within a scene. Usually, at the beginning of a scene. They can be in the middle of a scene or even at the end of it aka a flashback or a montage. But mostly they are at the beginning of one.

I’m kind of surprised that I got fifteen scenes written yesterday at work. After all, it wasn’t a typical Saturday. It was about twice as busy as it usually is for a Saturday. Especially, during the first two hours of my shift and the last two hours. the middle four weren’t quite as busy. But they were still very busy, though. Overall, it was extremely busy yesterday at work.

It wasn’t just how busy it was, though. I was also on my feet a whole lot too. And I was outside my guard post more than I normally is on a Saturday. Luckily, my feet didn’t get sore because of it. That usually happens when I’m on my feet a lot. But since I started using my chair while I’m inside my post, it has helped me when it comes to my soreness. I still have it. But it’s not as bad.

Today, I hope that I can get another fifteen to twenty single paragraphs written for my Scene Outline aka for this project. But twenty-five would be better. After all, that would end Act Three of this part. I’m not going to count on that until it happens. I can do it. Because I have done it before on a Sunday. But lately, I haven’t been able to do it. Mostly because of the weather or work or both.

Yesterday, the weather was sunny. But the temperature was low. Today, it’s supposed to be about the same. I’m not sure how high the temperature is going to be. But I think it’s about the same as yesterday. Maybe a little bit higher than yesterday. But not that much higher. If it’s higher at all. It may be a little lower too. I could look it up on my cell phone. But it’s not that big of a deal.

I’m hoping that I can get twenty-five or more single paragraphs written today too. But I may be lucky if I get fifteen to twenty done. After all, today is the day that I only have about seven hours to write. If I’m lucky. It may be a little bit less than that if my usual replacement comes in more than an hour early. He has done that before. In fact, he has done it quite often.
