A Little Over Average

Everything went okay at work yesterday. At least it did when it comes to who I work for. The Site Supervisor wasn’t there. But my Shift Supervisor was. And he didn’t say anything about me being off on Friday one way or another. I don’t know if the Site Supervisor will be there today or not. He might be. Then again, he might not be.

Either supervisor is there on a Saturday. But there usually isn’t one on a Sunday. Sometimes I think that there has been one. I can’t remember if it was one or the other, though. Also, can’t remember how often it has happened either. Think it was often over the last several months. But I’m not sure about that.

Now for somewhat good news. I wrote twenty-four single paragraphs for the first episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Twenty-two of them were scene single paragraphs. The other two single paragraphs were for the two Establishing Shots that started Act Four.

That’s right. I ended Act Three and got the first eleven numeric scenes written for Act four. Don’t know if I can finish Act Four today. But with another twenty-four single paragraphs left to do it, it’s very possible that I can do that many in one day. Especially, if it’s on the weekend. If it was on a weekday, twenty-four may be stretching it a little bit. But on the weekend, it’s possible.

I’m not going to count on anything until it happens. A lot of how much I get written today depends on a couple of things: who I work for and how busy it gets at work today. As for who I work for, it’s up in the air about that. My Site Supervisor may show up today. Then again, he may not show up. It could go either way.

Usually, it’s not too busy on a Sunday. A little bit busier than a Saturday. But normally not that busier. If it was like yesterday, today shouldn’t be too busy either. It was kind of busy yesterday. But it was a very typical Saturday. Kind of busy some of my shifts. Not that busy, though.

I hope that today is a good day when it comes to my writing. If not a little bit better than good. But not quite as good with who I work for or where I work. Only time will tell after I get to work today. When I first get there, I will know about who I work for. As for how busy it gets, that is an all-shift thing.
