Twenty-Five Total Single Paragraphs

A new total, I think. Especially for a weekday aka a Wednesday. True, it was only twenty-three single scene paragraphs written for the first episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But I also got two single paragraph Establishing Shots for a total of twenty-five single paragraphs written yesterday at work.

What does that mean for this first episode? It means that I finished Act Four of this episode. And I did the first twelve scenes for my Tag Act. Don’t forget the two Establishing Shots. That means I only got eight more single paragraphs to write until I’m finished with this episode. I should be able to get that written in the first two or three hours of my shift today.

Once I get episode one finished, I will start working on episode two of this project. I don’t know how many single paragraphs I can get written today. But if it’s anything like yesterday, I should be able to get about ten to fifteen of them written. Of course, I would like to get all twenty scenes in my Teaser Act written. Only that would equal thirty scenes today including the two Establishing Shots. I don’t think I will get that many written.

A lot of how many single paragraphs I get done all depends on how busy it gets at work today. Then again, maybe it won’t. After all, I got twenty-five of them done at work yesterday and it was a very, very busy day there. If I can do it yesterday, there is no reason why I can’t do it again today. Unless it’s even busier today than it was yesterday at work.

Yesterday was one of the busiest Wednesdays that I have seen in a long time. It has been very, very busy on a Wednesday lately. But not as busy as it was yesterday. I know that summer is coming up. And it always gets very busy during the summer. It’s not usually this busy now, though. Is summer coming early this year? It sure does look like it is to me.

I don’t know how many single paragraphs or scenes I will be able to write today. But I’m going to get as many of them written as I can. Of course, I would like to get all thirty of them written today. But I’m not going to count on anything until it happens. I may be lucky if I get another twenty to twenty-five written.
