A New Average, I Think

It looks like I may have a new average for my daily single paragraphs for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I thought that it was twenty scene paragraphs. Plus, any Establishing Shots that there may be. There are two Establishing Shots at the beginning of each Act. But there may be some within the Acts too. Usually, it’s a location other than the InWaterStructure. Like a Surface Location, A Group of Trees, or an InWaterSurface. Things like that.

Why do I write that this is a new average? It’s because it appears that my new average is fifteen single scene paragraphs per day instead of twenty. Seventeen or more if there are Establishing Shots. I hope that I’m wrong about this too. But after what has happened this week, it looks like that is what it’s going to be.

I don’t know if last week was a fluke or if I just got lucky. But it looks like it was one or the other or both. Whatever it was, I don’t think that it’s going to happen again. It may happen once in a while where I get more than fifteen scene paragraphs written. But it probably won’t happen too often. If it ever happens again. Especially, during a weekday. Weekends maybe, But not weekdays.

Today, I hope that I get more than fifteen single scene paragraphs written. But I’m going to count on anything until it happens. After all, just because I have been getting fifteen scenes written this week doesn’t mean I will be getting that many today. Especially, considering this is Sunday. And my replacement normally comes in an hour to an hour and a half early. If I’m lucky, I may get seven of my eight hours for my writing.
