A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

Extremely Limited Now

I was going to write about how good and bad I did on my writing earlier today at work on my second scriptwriting project, The Final Ritual. After all, I only got ten single paragraphs written on this project today. That’s the bad news. It’s also the good news too. How can it be both? Because I only had about five hours of writing time to get those ten single paragraphs. That’s about two an hour. Two an hour isn’t very good either, but it also isn’t all that bad.

Two is better than one or none. Unfortunately, I can’t even do that now. That’s why my blog title for this entry is what it is. When I got up from sleeping today, I found out I got an email from work. It was sent out to all of us who work on this post, but it was really just for me. According to it, I now can’t do any writing there. At least not with my laptop. I’m not sure about handwriting, though. I probably can’t do that either, but I won’t know that until I get to work tonight.

I’m also now banned from using my tablet and phone at work, and I’m the only one who uses them. Especially, my tablet. That’s why I wrote above the email was just for me. I don’t know about the other one who works the graveyard shift like me, but the other guards I do know don’t have laptops or tablets. At least I haven’t seen any. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were too. They just put them away before I can see them.

I kind of expected this to happen. After all, I have been at this post for about six months. Apparently, six months is my limit when it comes to my laptop writing. As I wrote above, I don’t know if I will be able to do any handwriting or not yet. It doesn’t look too good that I will be able to do that either. From what the email said, it appears I’m just going to be sitting there staring at the monitors all night when I’m not on patrols.

When it comes to work, it always comes first. It always has. Writing, watching television, and movies have always come second.
Now all I have is work, and that’s going to be very hard for me to do. After all, staring at the monitors twenty-four-seven is boring. During the day, that may not be so hard to do, but at night and overnight, it can be. At least it is for me.

They do have a television there for me to watch. At least I think they still have one there. That may have changed too. I won’t know that until I go to work in less than an hour and a half. Even if it’s still there, I may not be able to watch it. The others probably will be able to do it, but I won’t. All I do know right now is that I can’t do any writing on my laptop, and I can’t watch any television or movies on my tablet. I also know I’m not supposed to have my cell phone either, but I’m going to continue taking it. If for no other reason but to prove I’m doing my job there.
