A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

A Whole Lot Slower, But
A Whole Lot Slower, But

Haven’t gotten any writing done on my second scriptwriting project, The Final Ritual, today. Well, that isn’t exactly true. True, I haven’t physically added any single paragraphs to this Scene Outline, but I have handwritten the next thirty numeric single-sentence scene numbers.

That’s right. It has taken me some time, but I finally found out from my unofficial Post Supervisor that I should be able to still work on my writing at work. I just can’t use my laptop anymore. It can only be handwritten. That’s going to double my writing on this project, but it’s better than not writing at all.

First, I have to handwrite it. Then when I get home from work I need to transcribe it from Pencil and Paper to my laptop. That’s why I just wrote it’s double my writing. In a way, what has happened to me may be in my favor. True, it will be double the work, but I may get more written now too.

With all the other restrictions against me now at work aka no laptop and no tablet, I’m not going to be distracted from my writing as much. I don’t consider my tablet a distraction, but at times it did distract me some. Not enough to really affect my writing, but it was still a distraction.

All I need is fifteen single numeric paragraphs to end Act Three of this Scene Outline. That’s why I wrote thirty above. There is a very good chance that I could get another fifteen numeric single paragraphs written tomorrow at work. Now to mention any Establishing Shots I may need.

I know that I’m going to be having the two Establishing Shots at the beginning of Act Four, but I’m not sure if I will have any after that. Think that I might, though. After all, there could be one or two more with Gorthims heading to Final Ritual. So, there could be one or two more Establishing Shots in Act Four.

Don’t know if I will get thirty numeric single paragraphs written tomorrow at work, but I think I can do it. If I can’t, I think I will be close to it. I should be able to get at least twenty written. Plus, the two Establishing Shots. Just not sure if I can get more than that. I’m going to try to do a lot more than that.

Thirty-two or more single paragraphs may be stretching it a little bit, but twenty-seven or a little more may not be. It all depends on what happens at work tomorrow. If nothing happens new tomorrow, I have a very good chance of getting more than thirty single paragraphs written tomorrow at work.

I don’t know how long this handwriting will last, but I hope that it will last a long, long time. Tomorrow may be the only day I will be able to do it, or it could be until I retire. Whether it’s just tomorrow or a whole lot longer, I’m going to get as much writing as I can on this project.
