A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Not Too Bad for a Weekday Finished my single paragraphs for the third episode, Floating Weapons, of my Story Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project earlier today at work. At least I did for my handwriting part of it. I only needed thirty-six single paragraphs to finish this episode, and that’s how many I got written today at work. I may have been able to start my fourth episode, About Thirty Sunrises Ago, earlier today too, but I chose not to do it. With getting the paperwork out to do it, I would have only gotten a few single paragraphs written for the Teaser Act of this episode. True, the Teaser Act paragraphs are only three lines each, I knew I wouldn’t be able to get more than three or four of them done. If I even got that many. I may have only been able to get one or two of them written. After all, I only had about a half hour to do them, and that’s when it starts getting busy where I’m posted. Normally, that would be plenty of time to do three or four three-line paragraphs if it’s earlier in my shift. Not when it’s toward the end of it, though. Besides, it’s best if I start episode four from the beginning anyway. I could have started it earlier today, but I think it’s better to start it tomorrow instead. If it had been more than just a few, then I would have done them, but since it was only a few I decided not to start doing them until today. Hopefully, I can do the same tomorrow morning. Of course, I would like to do another fifty-four to end this episode and this part of my Scriptwriting project, but I probably won’t be able to do that. It can be done. I have done it before on a weekday aka a Friday, but I don’t think that I will this time. I’m still fighting a cold and I’m losing at it. Mostly because of the conditions where I’m posted right now. It’s very bad there, and what I have heard, it’s going to be even worse this Summer. I didn’t use to get colds like this, but since I started working at this most, it seems I’m getting them twenty-four/seven. It’s not that bad, but it’s close to it. If I can get another thirty-six single paragraphs written for this fourth episode, I will be happy. After all, that will only leave eighteen to finish on Saturday. Once I get them finished, I’ve got another big decision to make. Will I start my single paragraph Scene Outlines or do I update my single sentences? I know it doesn’t matter if my single sentences are updated or not. It’s the single-paragraph Outlines that are important, but I still like to be updated as best as I can. It helps with writing my Outlines. Especially, my Story Outlines. After all, I use my Story Outlines to write my Scene Outlines. Without my Story Outlines, writing my Scene Outlines would be a lot harder to do. |
