Crawling along the Wheel of Fortune
the bones of the Animus Mundi
I cannot fathom my portion
or divine what I am meant to be.
Grasping at possibilities
switching from devil to martyr
doubt shatters my fragile altars.
This dance of fate is a battle
punctuated with tears and laughter.
All are caught in her endless cycle.
