Hoping to Get at Least one More Written
Hoping to Get at
Least One More Written

I was hoping that I would get three or more parts/sections finished for my WDC Short Story for this month. Unfortunately, I only got two of them written. That means I only have seven more to do in the next four days off from work. I should have that much trouble doing it. After all, that’s two per day with one left over next Wednesday morning.

Why didn’t I get at least one more section/part written for this Short Story? I don’t know the answer to that question. Because I don’t know why I didn’t get more written on this Short Story. My brother and I had a little bit that needed to be done today, but it wasn’t that much or that much time-consuming.

It wasn’t what my brother and I needed to get done today. I know that’s the usual reason why I don’t get more writing done, but that wasn’t the reason. So, what was the reason? That’s what I don’t know. I’ve been thinking about that for the last couple of hours finishing up the third part/section and preparing to do this blog entry. I still don’t know the reason why.

I thought it might be a lack of sleep, but I don’t think that’s the answer either. After all, I got plenty of sleep last night. If anything, I got more than enough sleep last night. Could that be the reason why? Is getting more than about eight hours of sleep getting too much sleep? If so, that may explain a lot.

Usually, it’s the lack of sleep that is the reason why I don’t get more writing done. That’s because a lack of sleep normally means a lack of concentration too. What do I mean by a lack of sleep? It typically means that anything under six hours is a lack of sleep. Especially, if it’s a restless sleep where I’m having a problem getting to sleep.

Too much sleep may be my answer. After all, I have been feeling weak and tired for the last few hours. Not tired enough to go to sleep or even to doze off, but too tired to do any writing. That’s the good news, though. The bad news is if I did do any writing. That’s because I may need to re-write some or all of it.

I think that it was the first one. Don’t think I’m going to be needing to do any re-writing for this Short Story. Also, don’t need to do any adjusting to keep these sections/parts to keep them under two hundred words. I haven’t had too many problems doing that so far. Hopefully, I will continue to have very little if any problems doing so within the next four days off from work.

What about tomorrow? I need to get at least two more parts/sections for this Short Story done tomorrow before I go back to work for my Thursday morning shift. That shouldn’t be too hard to do. After all, I don’t think that my brother and I have too much that needs to get done tomorrow.
