Italian Salad

A little of this, a sprinkle of that all adds up to a big, satisfying dinner salad. I served this with a few Triscuts and unsweetened icy cold country peach tea.

I could only eat half of this salad! My husband had to polish off what I couldn't finish. 🍄

🍄You Need:
1cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 small handful shredded slaw mix
3sliced mushrooms
4 large Spanish olives sliced
2oz diced Swiss cheese
3oz deli cut pepperoni cut into slivers
2radishes thinly sliced
2tablespoons crispy fried onions
1 diced green onion
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Creamy Italian dressing

Arrange anyway you like on a dinner plate.
