Day 5 - Plot:Climax
The three friends decide to stage a Not a Robbery at a local bank - believing that whilst they might get arrested, if they do it propely they will get off with a ticking off. To this end they dress in stereotype burglar outfit - stripy shirt - mask - bag labelled 'Swag' They are armed with either nerf guns or water pistols. They enter the bank and utter the immortal lines "Everybody be cool, this is NOT a robbery." Unfortunately they walk in on an actual bank robbery.

They quickly adapt to this new situation, and Dave, who has been worrying about the process of dying painfully, decides he doesn't really care if he gets shot. He confronts the real robbers, confuses the hell out of them, calls their bluff and thereby reveals that whilst their guns are real, they are not loaded.

One of the real robbers turns out to be the troublesome boyfriend of Richard's love interest.

The trio are big news.

When Dave turns on his phone, which he has had turned off the entire holiday he gets an urgent call from the hospital, who have been trying to get in touch for days, (Dave never checks voicemail - doesn't know how and figures they'll call again if its important).

It turns out that he has been given the wrong diagnosis, and he is NOT dying.

Richard gets the 'girl' of his dreams.

Jim takes up an offer to be involved in a television adaptation of their holiday escapades.
