Rot

I am not the walrus
but I am the pumpkin
left to rot in the ground.
Perhaps the maggots will come
to devour and eat me
creating good compost.
Perhaps my seeds will sprout
and become volunteers
to make magickal pies.
Finally, this seeker
will resonate with earth
and become a relic.
