This is a collection of poems told from fictional view points. They are not about me.

Hopeless
I am deficient.
Stupid.
Ugly.

He tells me
so I shan't forget.
I'll never forget.

Once, long ago,
I argued.
Now...I believe him.

Like waves on rock,
he has eroded
my confidence in myself.

It still hurts.
Every word, agonising.
Every punishment, brutal.

My body heals, scarring.
Ugly reminders
I don't need.

But in my mind,
the wounds fester.
They'll never heal.

No glue
can fix me,
mend the shattered pieces.

Who would bother anyway?
I deserve this.
Stupid. Ugly. Worthless.
