A shoulder to lean on
It's amazing what emotional support can do. I was feeling so low yesterday, exhausted and irritable. Made some phone calls - friends, family. Went and visited a friend who runs a cafe and bought myself a snack there. Phoned my counselor after a few years, she's still available in case I need formal sessions with her. One of Dad's helpers is going out of town in December and I was worried about that but the agency says they'll send a replacement at the time.

Just talking to people, and knowing that my counselor is there, has given me strength. I'm feeling much better today! *Smile*
