Had a Very Busy Today
Had a Very Busy Today

I have been very busy today. It started early this morning and it lasted until almost sunset. That’s how busy I have been today. That is why I barely got the second half of the single sentence Scene Outline finished today for Part One of my SpaceHorrors scriptwriting/novel/short stories Movie Introduction project.

The first problem I had today was before I woke up today. I didn’t have a lack of sleep last night, but it wasn’t a good night's sleep either. It was kind of in between good and bad. If I’m lucky, I got about seven hours of sleep. That’s not too bad, but it’s not too good either.

My next problem was a phone call about my Social Security retirement. It was supposed to happen at eleven ten this morning my time, but it was three minutes late. Three minutes isn’t that long, but I was already starting to think it wasn’t going to happen for one reason or another. Then it did. Three minutes late, but it did happen.

Usually, I don’t answer my phone if I don’t know who the phone number belongs to, but since I was expecting a phone call around then, I answered it. Luckily, it was the right thing to do. The phone call itself took me about fifteen minutes. A little bit longer than I expected it to last.

After I finished that phone call, I had a couple of hours to spare before my four PM WDC time meeting. I took those hours to work on the second half of this Scene Outline. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to get too much of it done before I had to get to this meeting. I barely got Act Three done before then.

It wasn’t too bad, but this four PM WDC time meeting took me a little longer than I expected. I figured it would take about forty-five minutes to an hour to finish it, but it took about an hour and a half to accomplish it. An hour and a half isn’t too bad either, but it is a little longer.

So, what does this all mean for my SpaceHorrors scriptwriting/novel/short stories project? It means that I’m not going to be working on it again until this Sunday. After all, for the next couple of days, I’m going to be back at work. That means I’m going back to transcribing my pencil handwriting for my Water Wars scriptwriting project.
