A Nonsensical Visit
Got nothin’ much to say, but I still wanted to stop by and say hi.

“Hi!” *waves*

Why do I procrastinate? I still haven’t figured that out yet. I likely never will, because I’m putting off trying to figure it out. Ha ha.

I tried to procrastinate writing that AutoCAD lesson this weekend. To my pleasant surprise, I still managed to finish it Sunday evening. That’s why I wonder why I still put things off, because what a feeling of contentment and accomplishment when I finish something with time to spare. It’s a much better sensation than the moody scrambling and stress over not having enough time to complete something.

Fall has arrived! For the last two days I’ve watched the leaves turn from green to bright yellow underneath overcast and rainy skies. Temperatures have dropped from 80-90 degrees down to 40-45 within the last five days.

Unfortunately, viruses tag along with the cooler weather. Two people at work today are feeling icky. Bummer.

I’m not worried about it. I don’t get sick very often, and when I do, it lasts no longer than 24 hours. I apparently have a strong immune system.

However, being sick can have advantages, such as staying home from work. If I’m too sick for work, but not enough my brain turns into mucus-soaked cotton, I have time to get much more writing done.

I don’t anticipate getting ill, though. A positive attitude alone can help a person stay healthy. Darn it. Why can’t I be a pessimist sometimes?

“Happy Monday and have a great week, everyone,” proclaims the Optimist.

Oh, and to further brighten your day, you must read C.L. Hanna ~ *Writer For Hire* ’s blog entry "Invalid Entry.
