Catching Idle Butterflies

I'm doing it again?! Am I nuts?!

In one hour I will be braving the bitter wind and driving to our local Barnes and Noble for this year's NaNoWriMo kick-off party.

Yep, I'm once again tossing aside my already tenuous sanity and attempting to write 50,000 words in thirty days, starting on Wednesday.

My problem right now is picking an idea. One has floated to the top of my list, but who knows where my mind will be once November 1 rolls around? I may either come up with something entirely new or decide one of the other six ideas is better.

I doubt if I will stay long, though. I still have a persistent cough and my voice comes and goes (Hubby's still grinning). I don't want to get anyone else sick, nor do I want to hack up a lung in the middle of the Barnes and Noble coffee shop. If today were Halloween, however, no problem; that kind of gore would be expected .
