Whew! I'm glad to be home! What a day!
I have another training opportunity!

I got selected today to train an employee on a subject
matter I'm sorta an in=house expert on. Training is
Monday and Wednesday. Holy s***! I had to scramble
for the rest of the day to get the training materials
updated and organized.

I'll be training someone else the week after. We've
got one other newbie that has to attend the "theory"
version of the class first, then I'll be giving the
"practical application" training to her as well.

I'm glad I got asked to do it, and even though part of me
thought that this might be a test of sorts on my ability to get things
together on a short notice, but I'm real happy I got asked to do it.
As much as I want to hone my skills as a trainer, I felt I just couldn't let
this opportunity pass by. So, I kicked it into high gear and got prepared.

I'm tired now, so I'm gonna do the couch tater thingy for the rest of the evening.

My quote for today is: High maintenance women are like sports cars. They may be fun to look at, but they're not very practical.
