Planes, Trains and Automobiles...well, not Trains

So after four extremely long days at the NBAA conference, I'm back from Atlanta. I came home to a spotlessly clean home, a grateful and well-cared for pet and a smiling, healthy, happy man who'd done his absolute best to make my first trip from home as worry-free as possible. He met me at the airport, looking sexy and smelling wonderful. He was even patient with me and my slightly airsick tummy and my apparent fatigue. My relief and my gratitude was overwhelming.
I'm back at my desk, trying to get into the groove again and preparing for another string of working days at the AOPA conference in Hartford, the kick-off being Thursday and running through Sat. At least for that one, I can spend the night in my own bed after its time to close up the booth and put my smile away at the end of each day.
