Dude, the politics in your head
don't equal the panderings of your heart,
which is a bigger nation
than you know yourself to be.
Dig down and maybe,
hopefully you'll see
that one day you'll find yourself
to be better than
the "whores" that left you behind.
Please know that you're better
than what they left you to feel.
If I can do anything,
then I hope I could at least prove that.
That's so what I'm here for.
I'll motherfuck you left and right for being a no-show
just as easily as I can call you
"DAVID MOTHERFUCKIN' MAY"
when you disappear like you always do
once you find the one who's never "the one."
You neglect to remember that this is what we
         built ouselves upon.
Trust, honesty and forgiveness.
And a kick in the ass hard
when we drift off into an oblivion.
In your head you might be lost
but we have found you,
even if you don't know.
You know who you are,
even if we know better
and know this as fact
that we are not alone.
We all want to be stars
in someone's sky.
Why it can't be
is why I'm here
and I can't answer their propositionary theories;
I can only offer my personal truths.

and my feelings,
based on your words
and your feelings.

know your own heart first,
then know we've all been there too
and know you're not alone...
someone loves you, somebody loves you...
EVERYBODY LOVES YOU,
yet you don't feel a thing...

         and look around you
