The Waiting Game

Strangeness all around.

I have to wonder if there was a full moon and maybe, I missed it. Let's see, first off, I didn't get any sleep Monday night, and as I went about my day, yawning and warding off the impending head ache, I found I was not alone. Spring fever? Cosmic clashes? I do not know. But something strange was certainly going on around this place.

I posted my poem yesterday, and got the most rewarding phone call a girl can get. From her Daddy! That's right. I said.........Daddy, because when he says my poem was BRILLIANT, I somehow become 10, basking in the glow of that enormous compliment and approval. Not only that, but OliviaK wants to use it in her book. Now that is pretty cool. Theresa can write poetry...does the happy dance around the living room.

And more strangeness. We've been waiting for an order from Eurosport since December. Well the pants have finally come in. I expected them Saturday, but, nothing. So last night I get an email saying I've returned the pants. HUH? Come again! Say what? And they are charging me $6 in return shipping for a package that never made it to my frickin door. WTF is that all about? I sent off a nice email this morning, since I can't call them until 8. I will be calling them because that is bull shit. Can't wait to hear what hubby's going to say when I tell him his Team France pants have flown the coop.
