Today has been another day of catching up.  When I'm out a week, even though help is there when I'm out, my work piles up.  My e-mails alone consumed a ream of paper, and I had about two-and-a-half inches of mail to sort through.  But life is good.  I'm not sweating the small stuff.  It was worth it to be off for a week.

We celebrated a couple of birthdays today ---two people in our Personal Injury Department will be thirty-two this month.  I was thirty-three when I moved to Florida in 1991.  I thought I was so old, but I was still just a babe.  I'm officially one of the oldest in the office now --- besides some of the attorneys who seem to want to work until they fall apart or lose their minds.

Tomorrow is already Wednesday.  I've been back to work for three days since my vacation, and I'm still filled with pleasure as I remember how much fun it was spending time with my sweet parents.

Take care, and enjoy the rest of your week.
