         Hello there! 

         I held my first contest on Writing.com and received nine posts!  I'm so excited.  It's amazing how each writer started with the same prompt and came up with a different story altogether.  Everyone did a "bang-up" job; so it will be difficult finding a winner.  I'll continue studying their work throughout the afternoon today and hope to start giving reviews by day's end. 

         What a pleasure it has been.  I think I'll have three alternative prompts in my next contest to mix it up a bit more.  Fun!  Fun!  Fun!

         My neighbor and I plan to walk downtown to what they call the "Saturday Market," around 10am.  We have an outside market every Saturday in St. Petersburg with a variety of merchants, cuisine, fresh produce --- and a menagerie of people.  =)
