         I'm home on my lunch break; so, I'll make this short.  It may very well be a "storm" of a weekend for me because we have a 7-to-10-day trial that starts on Monday in Pinellas County.  It's for a big client and a lot is at stake.

         While the file came in under my boss, we had an associate hold the file and do much of the work on the case; he quit about a year-and-a-half ago, but has come back as co-counsel to help out with the trial.  So many hands have been on the file, which in and of itself makes it a little daunting.  I'm not sure I will go to trial on this one and, if so, maybe just to watch critical parts.  Since I haven't had much to do with the organization, I really don't think I would be the most practical choice to help out with this trial on a daily basis.
