The Continuing Saga of Prosperous Snow |
Kamál (Perfection), 17 Kamál (Perfection), 166 BE – Monday, August 17, 2009 about 7:01 AM Pacific Time It's Monday, August 17, approximately midway through the month. I have an appointment at Blood Services about 9:30 AM today. My next scheduled outing is on Wednesday, August 19, at 7:00 PM at the Baha'i Center. That is the Feast of Asma (Names). I need to pick out five reading and two prayers for my friend Chris. Chris has a new job delivering sweets to grocery stores and other places. He works from 12:00 midnight to about 1:00 PM, so he needs to sleep during the day. He no longer has a car or a van, since someone at the Seven-Eleven he used to work at put sugar in his gas tanks. He is planning to get a used car ASAP, which I hope is after his first or second paycheck. He will be much happier driving his own car then one of his parents' cars. I have paper work to make out and long distant phone calls to make this week. The only number I'm calling are 800 numbers because I haven't paid the phone bill yet this month and I don't want any long distance charges on the next phone bill. I'll deal with any bill we have sometime this month; however, I'm not going to worry about that now. Mom needs back for her pierced earrings and we need magnets for the fridge. We took the magnets off the old fridge, but I have no idea where Mom put them. I she doesn't remember I'm not going to look for them, at least, not until I find out how much new magnets cost. We need a couple of new magnets for the fridge anyway. |
