ratatouille sunday
I bought beautiful purple eggplant from the produceman on Friday--along with peppers and tomatoes---I imagine these were harvested before last week's Florida cold snap. It is warm and balmy again in SW Florida.
I just read that eggplant is ruled by Scorpio---my sun sign----so making a ratatouille this AM for lunch-----the french name is so lovely for eggplant----aubergines----zucchini are courgettes---
Friday night watched Will Smith in "Seven Pounds" and last night watched "UP" with granddaughter Annabella. The week-end flies too swiftly.
