I started to write a Triolet about Palm Sunday

Last night, I started to write a Triolet about Palm Sunday, but I got stuck so I'm going to let it rest for a while. I may change the for of this poem entirely because there are several other subjects I can use for this form. This week the poetry forms for the "Invalid Item"  contest are Triolet, Ae freshighe, and Sestina. I'll come up with a subject for one or all of them by Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.

Memories of Palm Sunday

We always went to church on Palm Sunday,
Wearing last year’s Easter bonnets and dresses,
We didn’t buy new cloths until Easter week Monday,
