Hyperacidity is a pain in the gut

I had hyperacidity extremely bad last night. In fact, I lost my supper; I dumped it into a wastebasket beside by bed. I’m not sure what caused the problem except that it was something I ate yesterday, but I didn’t eat anything unusual.

Whatever it was I ate, it caused both acid reflex and gas pain. I lost my supper because I experienced both at the same time. Normally, I experience them separately and can keep my food down, but when I experience them at the same time, I throw up. I’m going to have to start keeping a food journal to find out what foods cause the problem. I may not stop eating those foods, but at least I will know the consequence when I do eat them.
