Climbing stairs is good exercise

I am tired. Monday and Tuesday, I attended a training Census training class at the Library. I used the stairs 95% of the time, the other 5% I used the ramp leading to the restrooms. I had the choice of using the stairs or the elevator to get to the meeting rooms where the training was held. I decided to use the stairs to get to the meeting rooms.

Today is the last training class; if I pass the test today then I start work on Thursday or Friday; at the latest next Monday. This afternoon, after I get out of training I need to buy a watch, I'll stop someplace this afternoon and get a cheap watch. All I want is a watch that gives me the proper time, so that I can may out a pay sheet properly.
