Happy Birds
Istiqlál (Independence), 12 ‘Azamat (Grandeur), 167 BE – Friday, May 28, 2010 about 7:34 AM Pacific Time

I haven't seen the blue bird of happiness, but I've heard a lot of happy birds. One of them was singing until midnight, which probably explains why I don't hear very many this morning. Throughout May, the neighborhood birds have sung joyous songs. The nightingale isn't the only bird singing in this area of Las Vegas because I've heard several different song birds.

I've heard more birds this years then I have in several years. I don't know why they are so happy, perhaps it's because the weather is cooler this year. It could also be the results of a lot of rain, the more rain we get the more plants grow and attract insects. It's a good spring in Las Vegas.
