I am tired of washing dishes

It seems like all I have accomplished this morning is wash dishes. I know that isn’t true because I also give Mom her morning meds, took a bath and took the trash out. I have to get the kitchen facet fixed so that I can use the dishwasher. Mom doesn’t do dishes any more. In fact, Mom doesn’t do housework any more. All she does is sit on the love seat and plan the housework she never gets to.

The just opened a Brain Institute here in Vegas. This Institute focus on Alzheimer’s disease among other diseases of the brain and mind. I think that I’ll give them a call and see what they have to offer. It can’t hurt, I’m not sure Mom’s problem is entirely Alzheimer’s disease, but I don’t know what else it could be. I need to make an appointment for her to see her doctor in July so I’m going to talk to the doctor then.

I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what to do. I have no energy. I have to stop housecleaning because I get tired. I’m not sleeping properly. I’m not sleeping in my bed at all. I usually fall asleep on the couch or the love seat. It wouldn’t be so bad except I fall asleep sitting up.

This is beginning to sound like a rant, so I guess I know how the other blog entries will go. At this point, I don’t really care as long as I get them posted. I won’t write another entry for a while because I have to sweep the kitchen, dining room and hall before taking another break.
