I am in a rut going in circles

I feel like I am in a rut going in circles. I think I need to make a change, so I am going to plan one day off a week. One that I don't have to do anything except get up and do whatever I want to do. If I want to devote the day to reviewing, then I can review all day. If I want to devote the day to doing something fun with Mom, then I can do it. If I want to spend the day writing, then I can do that.

On my day off, I will not do surveys. I will not check my e-mail. I will not check website for ad opportunities. On my day off, I will only do the things I want to do and not worry about what I should do.
