    A short time later, the boys were pulling up in front of a small white house.  Kari and Jenna were room mates living in Kari's mother's second house.  Kari's mother had never particularly cared for Mike, but that never stopped him from being nice to her whenever he saw her.  Timo called it "killing her with kindness" but for Mike, it was just what his own mother had taught him to do.
