French toast, Bacon, and Coffee

It's Sunday and the beginning of a new week. This morning, I fixed French toast and fried the last three slices of bacon. I made the French toast with Oatnut bread and dipped it in egg whites. We still have two boxes of egg whites in the refrigerator, so I'll fix those sometimes this week.

Monday I have to take Mom to the doctor for a Vitamin B12 shot. If we have time, after leaving the Doctor's office, we're going to pick up senior commodes. We also need to get some bread because I have only one loaf left in the freezer and Mom eats a lot of bread especially if we have peanut butter in the house.

The rest of the month we're eating pasta, beans, and rice with whatever meant I can find. We have to watch the money outlay close for the next few week because of taking the cat to the Vet and other expenses. I know things will eventually work out, I'm just getting impatient.
