         I am wide awake, and my mind is spinning.  At some point in my life, I began worrying, obsessing over things said and unsaid.  God help me relax and be the person you created me to be.  I give up... surrender to your complete will, divine purpose for my life.

         If it were daylight, I'd go for a walk about now.
