An effective, yet uneventful day at the office. Took a nice walk during my lunch hour for the last two days in a row. Afterward, I am invigorated, relaxed and pleased with myself.
I am hoping to get in bed early tonight so as to get up earlier and make it into the office by 6am. I have a doctor's appointment at 2:30pm tomorrow and don't want to drive back and forth across the bay twice in one day.
