I overslept this morning

I overslept this morning and my day got started late. I woke up at 6:00 AM; I rolled the trashcan to the curb and then brought the newspaper into the house. I put my cell phone on the charger and then I got up the courage to get Mom out of bed.

Getting Mom up is a project in itself because she does and does not want to get out of bed. This is why I like to get up at 4:00 AM. It takes me a couple of hours to get up the courage to get Mom up. Mom does not want to change cloths when she gets up. Mom does not want to change cloths when she goes to bed.

After I got up the courage to get Mom up this morning, I found out she went to bed wearing her shoes. This is the first time she wore her shoes to bed and I suppose it will be a regular thing. If Mom wants to wear her shoes to bed, I am going to let her because I would prefer her to wear her shoes then her glasses. It is not safe for her to wear her glasses to bed, but I do not see a problem with the shoes.
