My New Exercise Program
30-Day blogging challenge Day 27: July 27, 2011 ~ Prompt: “Open Prompt”

The burning pain in my left heel indicates Plantar Fasciitis. The pain in my left shoulder indicated a strained rotator cuff. My regular doctor prescribed a pain pill and exercise for the rotator cuff, while the podiatrist prescribed exercise for the heel. The pain in my right knee is osteoarthritis, which oddly enough I have not noticed as much the past few weeks.

The osteoarthritis is not getting better. The right knee is just as painful as always; the pain in my shoulder and my heel take my mind off the pain in my knee. The shoulder pain is slowly getting better. I expect the pain in my heel to get better with the exercises.

I am not complaining about the pain because complaining does no good. The more I complain about the pain the worse it gets or the worse it seems to get. I remember a time, when I was pain free. I would like to be pain free again, but I do not want to take meds to accomplish that. I will do the exercises for my shoulder and my heel, I always wanted to have a regular exercise program. I just did not think it would be a rehabilitation exercise program.
